I love the seamless connection with our current ERP system which eliminates the need for manual uploads. The ease of use for account administrators also makes necessary changes on the fly possible. There are still a few instances in which transactions do not flow thru the workflow completely and Nexonia could incorporate automated alerts to users/administrators when those instances occur. The main issue that we have yet to tackle is a combination of working with both Nexonia and the travel management company associated with our account to ensure that travel bookings and reservations are user friendly and creates a consistent/reliable experience for our users. It is much easier to create expense reports, compared to doing it manually the traditional way, and supposedly it is also much easier for reviewers to take a detailed look at every expense report and keep records. Also, it is clear what have to do once logged in, and therefore does not require too much getting used to. Back then, it was a little troublesome to have to ask a manager to approve every expense report, which would also interfere their day-to-day activity, or whatever it is they are working on. Not to mention the time it took to even get the signed paper report back, especially when the manager is not around. Additionally, the head office may take sometime to reimburse, and even sometimes that several reports were overlooked, prompting me to double check, only for the head office to look back at the emails falling through the cracks. Nothing in particular, but the screen view when uploading documents could be made simpler, so that it will appear more user-friendly and less intimidating. Apart from that, I really have no other concerns, given Nexonia's functionality I have had the chance to use all this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Emburse Nexonia: Nexonia is convenient to use and simplifies the time-consuming effort of creating expense reports. Highly recommended to assist through our already hectic days. Creating expense reports could be time-consuming, as we are required to spend some time that could otherwise be used to do something more productive - this is where Nexonia comes to aid. It would be advantageous to increase the team's productivity, while keeping accurate records of their expenses, in order to remit timely reimbursements. Unfortunately we utilize personal credit cards and sometimes the feeds do not always work as the 3rd party often changes the information being pulled, so we lack consistancy information pulled.
