The most efficient order of operations is not obvious, and I have to figure it out by trial and error. Also, the login link is non-intuitive - I've spent far too much time trying to log in to the wrong Chrome River site. The transition from Chrome River to Emburse no just you can just stream themse was awkwardly, handled the receipts multiple times and realized them in the wrong app. I find the whole expense process more frustrating than it has to be to the point where I'm lobbying for per diems instead purely on the time-saving business case Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
