**What do you like best about emBlue?**

The costumer service is absolutely great. Every time I've had doubts about using the platform to it's full potencial, they've had a team ready to answer my questions and help me out.

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

My whole experience with the platform has been pretty positive.  There is nothing in particular that I don't like about EmBlue. They are absolutely efficient...

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmBlue has tools that help me to reach, keep in touch and approach my costumers as if I was talking personally to each and everyone of them. It also helps me to better understand my clients and anticipate their needs.

**What do you like best about emBlue?**

The pricing and bundling features based on the user/usage count is a boon for many small and mid-sized enterprises. The customer and technical service is a standout from the rest (competitors)

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

Lack of integration or sub-optimal integration with day-to-day messaging applications could be a point of intervention. Self service reporting could be developed and enhanced

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying the mailing, messaging, and notifications to client/prospect teams. Automating the regular mundane jobs. Empowering the marketing and revenue operations team with oversight and reports

**What do you like best about emBlue?**

an agile technical service that responds to the client's needs, in addition to providing support aligned with new strategies that benefit the company.

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

One of the opportunities for improvement they could have is the implementation of more tools that provide better segmentation to better understand the users in the databases.

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmBlue is a tool that helps us drive quality traffic to the company's website by communicating relevant content to users and thus being able to retain them.

**What do you like best about emBlue?**

They have very quick responses to any incident and the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. They are a great strategic partner to advance in all our challenges as they provide us with permanent support.

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

It would be good to add a monthly instance of automatic reporting of the shipments made monthly.

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass communication to our customers so they instantly learn about all our news. It helps us sell on our e-commerce.

**What do you like best about emBlue?**

The different  plans offered, so I could choose one without worrying about my budget and the technical support from real people (rather than just from a bot)

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

Difficult to tell...  If you have a demo account, you could only use it for 30 days...

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

emBlue is helping me with my automation workflows and campaign designs. It's awesome!

The platform is very easy to use and provides useful feedback to develop better campaigns.

Sometimes the UX is slow, when you move between modules.

Ease of communication with users. 
Effective segmentation of lists
Creation of relevant audiences to deliver the message.

**What do you like best about emBlue?**

It brings mailing, SMS, push notifications, banner pop ups, NPS surveys... all in one platform.
I also much appreciate their native Spanish support channel, great for clients in LatAm

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

They still lack Whatsapp messaging integration.

**What problems is emBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional messaging, ranging from just a few to millions of deliveries, handles outbound and automated inbound communications with clients effectively.

It is a super dynamic and powerful platform with its Automatic Flows. The support area is very attentive.

**What do you dislike about emBlue?**

Viewing the reports individually within the platform is a bit slow. The best way is to generate automatic reports.

The automation of emails

With emBlue I solve all my activity tracking of my users, the automation tool saves me a lot of time and makes me impact at the right time with my clients and potential clients
