**What do you like best about ELWIS app?**

Our internal app, built on ELWIS, is easy to use and fully customizable. It consolidates all business processes in one place, including CRM, order management, invoicing and expense management, and HR. I like that it doesn't take any technical skills in order to build your owns system with the tool.

**What do you dislike about ELWIS app?**

The only thing I am currently missing about Elwis is the Excel import function - as sometimes, I need to upload a big amount of contacts. But this feature will be soon implemented, as I've heard from the support team.

**What problems is ELWIS app solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team built a custom CRM system using ELWIS that also includes other internal tools like invoicing, HR management, and more. I personally use it mostly for marketing purposes — to document and track campaign ideas, manage internal discussions, keep reminders, log hours, and prepare internal reports. ELWIS helps centralize our marketing workflow and CRM processes in one flexible environment, making everything more transparent and organized. It helps us in structuring our entire strategy and internal collaboration.
