It sticks to the knowledge shared, doesn't 'borrow' information from the internet like other AI does. Low to no error rate, I have used the draft mode for a few days and the mails were good to go with no edits needed. The recipient can't even tell this was AI-generated and now I don't even have to look at 50% of my inbox as Eloquens manages it fully with escalations when it can't decide what to do. **What do you dislike about Eloquens?** Nothing to dislike but it takes a while to get one's rhythm using it - needs a few iterations of testing, rules to forward and escalate, handle exceptions, etc. But that's with any AI. **What problems is Eloquens solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inbox volume - I don't have to respond to 50% of my mails anymore. Its AI helps us free up time for more complex topics, while many simpler requests and tasks are handled by Eloquens. **What do you dislike about Eloquens?** I wouldn’t say there are any real downsides with Eloquens, just the usual with AI: it always needs some tuning, and building the knowledge base at the beginning can take a bit of time. **What problems is Eloquens solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eloquens is bringing more value to our team by freeing up time to focus on more important tasks and handing off easier, repetitive work to AI. It still requires human intervention. But it has drastically improved. So earlier, I would say, 60% of the responses were correct.
