It really made me realize I was wasting TONS of time on something AI has already solved. Now I can focus more on the things that actually matter. I also feel confident that eloquens is handling not only my personal inbox, but also the shared inboxes at my company, and it’s saving us real time.

The performance is good. It sounds like me. Its sounds human. No one tells it's AI. Which is great, since it doesnt harm customer relationships. It's probably the only tool out there capable of handling emails end-to-end, even send on my behalf. It sticks to the knowledge shared, doesn't 'borrow' information from the internet like other AI does. Low to no error rate, I have used the draft mode for a few days and the mails were good to go with no edits needed. The recipient can't even tell this was AI-generated and now I don't even have to look at 50% of my inbox as Eloquens manages it fully with escalations when it can't decide what to do. Nothing to dislike but it takes a while to get one's rhythm using it - needs a few iterations of testing, rules to forward and escalate, handle exceptions, etc. But that's with any AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like a lot of things about Eloquens. The user interface is slick and modern, which I appreciate. After the initial setup, it's very hands-off, which is great. I can set it up by adding my knowledge, including files and links to websites, and then let it automatically respond or create drafts. It's convenient that I can connect my email accounts, like Gmail, and manage all of my drafts directly from there without having to interact much with Eloquens after the setup. The ability to decide on Gmail which drafts to send out, change, or delete is quite useful. Overall, the ease of use and the fact it operates in the background are the main things I like. Initially, Eloquens didn't have any onboarding user interface, which made it kind of complicated to figure things out on my own. I had to rely on documentation to understand how to use it. I really like that Eloquens is very simple to set up. It works with over 160 languages, which is super helpful since we get emails from around the world. It translates and responds back in the same language, making communication seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, some of the features are being worked out. It still requires human intervention. But it has drastically improved. So earlier, I would say, 60% of the responses were correct. And right now, I believe, 80-85% of the responses are quite accurate to how we have prompted and made the AI agent work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest upside is how much the responses sound like me — it captures my voice and tone better than anything else I've tried. The overall quality of responses is significantly better than any comparable tool I've seen.
