It looks professional when I text or email customers the estimate and invoice. I don’t have to prepare all of them myself, and sometimes I ask my technicians to send them using the price I give them. I find Eligant incredibly easy to use, and it has become essential for managing my shop business. I mostly use it to create invoices and estimates, manage my appointments, and assign jobs to my staff. I appreciate the ability to send texts to my customers about my services and discounts, which I couldn't do before. Now, I can send online invoices in a minute, and my customers can easily book online instead of calling me. I like that Eligant makes everything very easy and user-friendly. I can easily create an estimate and with one click convert it to an invoice after the service is done. Sending digital estimates and a link for online booking to customers is super handy. I also enjoy being able to send discounts to my customers with the help of AI, and responding to Google reviews using the AI features. The digital estimates and invoices make my job easier and make my shop look professional. Searching previous estimates and invoices is also really easy.
