I don’t have to prepare all of them myself, and sometimes I ask my technicians to send them using the price I give them. The reminders are really good as well. Overall, it makes my work easier because I don’t have to keep following up with customers. ### 2. Now, I can send online invoices in a minute, and my customers can easily book online instead of calling me. The initial setup of Eligant was very easy, and it's clear that my whole shop business now depends on it. **What do you dislike about Eligant?** I would like my customers to pay online when I send them an invoice. I can easily create an estimate and with one click convert it to an invoice after the service is done. Sending digital estimates and a link for online booking to customers is super handy. I also enjoy being able to send discounts to my customers with the help of AI, and responding to Google reviews using the AI features. The digital estimates and invoices make my job easier and make my shop look professional. Searching previous estimates and invoices is also really easy. The initial setup of Eligant was very smooth and easy, and I connected it to my Google business account and QuickBooks. So far, I am happy with the app. **What do you dislike about Eligant?** So far I don’t have any issue with the app **What problems is Eligant solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Eligant to manage shop paperwork digitally, making back office work accessible remotely.
