Fast, efficient, and all in good humour ! *Stability / access for everyday use, for us and our partners. *Improvements : A lot of things from the team, but they also listened to our requests. **What do you dislike about Elfsquad CPQ?** There has to be a negative point: we'd like to see more improvements, more quickly! **What problems is Elfsquad CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Configuring our product is of course the princiapl use ! Whether through a full configurator for our partners or a simplified version for a customer via the website/showroom (to obtain a price). - Instead of having to use another application, we also use it to create our production sheet, build our BOM, implement Templates, etc. - Elfsquad is also linked with our ERP to simplify the sync. and export data's. - Our commercial / seller team is also using Elfsquad on day to day so we don't need to use a CRM for the time being. - Our business is growing year after year and we have the feeling that Elfsquad is growing with us ! ### 3. The support and the way to work with Elfsquad is really good. Elfsquad thinks from the client's perspective.
