What do you like best about Elfsquad CPQ?

* Low-code integrations / API capabilities : We have so many webhooks triggered !

* Powerfull engine with a lot of features.

* Ease of implementation - Getting started with Elfsquad is simple and easy, even for the uninitiated.

* Agility - we have extended our basic usage to include advanced functions for our company (production sheet, commercial views, life of cycle of our product).

* Customer support: The best support I've ever had. Fast, efficient, and all in good humour !

*Stability / access for everyday use, for us and our partners.

*Improvements : A lot of things from the team, but they also listened to our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elfsquad CPQ?

There has to be a negative point: we'd like to see more improvements, more quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elfsquad CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Configuring our product is of course the princiapl use ! Whether through a full configurator for our partners or a simplified version for a customer via the website/showroom (to obtain a price).

- Instead of having to use another application, we also use it to create our production sheet, build our BOM, implement Templates, etc.

- Elfsquad is also linked with our ERP to simplify the sync. and export data's.

- Our commercial / seller team is also using Elfsquad on day to day so we don't need to use a CRM for the time being.

- Our business is growing year after year and we have the feeling that Elfsquad is growing with us ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
