The platform has a very great support team as it helps enterprises manage their teams or customer data example attendance and contact information. The software is a very easy-to-use interface as most of the users navigate around without any complications as it is self-explanatory and no additional learning is required for one to begin. **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** Since I started using the platform it has served me well as it has helped to improve collaboration and interaction in my team through communication between staff as they communicate in various social media and emails. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform has helped most of the company in resolving most of the accounting issues through managing finances. The software has enhanced communication in most of the companies as it team members communicate easily via emails and social media which is pretty fast. The product make sure that there calenders and this helps most of the users in keeping and managing dates and scheduling meetings. ### 2. Since it is an application meant to help firms manage their operations efficiently, it provides a centralized platform that aids in managing tasks such as event scheduling. The features are self explanatory that require no additional learning to get started. It allows firms to manage their team or customer data such as attendance, contact information, or engagement history. Trainee management is also made easy through this app as it aids in recruitment, scheduling and tracking their activities. I like how the accounting part of this app work by assisting firms manage finances and work on their budgets. It is easy to integrate with other tools such as Bookafy. **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** It has improved collaboration in our team through communication between staff, team members by using different channels including text messages, social media and emails. The app has helped in developing accurate reliable database for our firm so I find no faults in it. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elexio Database has helped in solving some accounting problems through managing finances. It has also enhanced how teams communicate by use of emails and social media. There used to be regular product roadmap updates however that has been eliminated recently. Functionality around member records...in particular when a person is marked as deceased, there is a bunch of follow-up to be done in Groups that should be automatic...ie...someone passes away. They should immediately be inactivated from groups and the user should be prompted to change family mailing names, etc. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** Member tracking, giving, mass communication, dashboard, registrations ### 6. It makes being productive so much easier. **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** Right now what I dislike is the check in system shows all of our church groups and confuses people because of the mass amount of groups they can check into. For example we have 2 different groups our students can check in to, one for Wednesday and one for Sunday, and no matter when they can check in to both of those plus have to look through all the other groups in the church. But what we have done is purchased iPads to have our guest service team check in our adults and students and kids. We ask our group leaders to check in their groups and it works through their personal account in the app and our guest service team uses the check in app. **Recommendations to others considering Elexio Database:** Talk with their support team and see if this is what would benefit your church. They have come a long way and have improved greatly. It has become a crucial tool for our team to stay connected with our people and help them stay connected with us. Also the online giving has been great during this COVID season. It has allowed us to be completely digital with our people. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing all of our people, giving, and communicating to the masses plus other features. ### 9. The software was easy to use and we were able to tailor it in order to work with our needs. Such needs included: a directory of users, library of resources, interactive maps, and other standardized webpages. Throughout the entire process we also found Elexio's support team to be very friendly, available and helpful. **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** Overall, I can't really think of too many dislikes or complaints. The only thing that would have been helpful is if this had a billing component where we could keep track of credentials/logins/information. We had to implement another software for that. There also is not a ton of flexibility with design, but they have plenty of templates and the templates they do have really helps with keeping all of your organization's content clean, consistent as well as concise. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connections with those who we provide services and support to. Elexio has helped us keep in contact with those we service as well as provide them the resources and additional information they need to run their organizations and navigate their networks. ### 10. As a staff member, it's helpful to have a mobile version of the database easily accessible, and that updates are made in real-time. I also like a database that is "one stop" for the church to track attendance, guests, giving, groups and team rosters, and our general directory. **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** Elexio's search feature is very limited. There is no and/or feature, so you cannot navigate through your people files very naturally. Adding and editing people, especially within the same family, is quite time-consuming and is a clunky process. **Recommendations to others considering Elexio Database:** Elexio Database isn't the all-in-one solution it could be. The folks at Ministry Brands have cut some of the most useful features out of the old Elexio Legacy system, and other cloud-base ChMS solutions require less work-arounds and are probably further along in development. Elexio Community is my least favorite of the ChMS systems I've worked with. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elexio's "interactions" feature has helped with follow-up collaboration. We are able to assign a certain type of interaction to another user. That user gets an email notification with the details and the contact information of the person they are to follow up with. They have the option to reply to the email to write a summary report, or log into the system. Elexio sends reminders of assigned interactions as well. ### 11. They have a free mobile app in addition to their online portal that you can use anytime and anywhere. The mobile app and website are very user-friendly. We enjoy the ability to create groups, utilize attendance features, implement "workflows" to help take out the mundane task-work and make our processes much more automated (namely event registration). **What do you dislike about Elexio Database?** We had some issues with duplicates at the beginning and would highly recommend the coaching that they provide to help you avoid some mistakes that we made early on. As with any database, there is a learning curve but we found this one to be manageable. **Recommendations to others considering Elexio Database:** I would highly recommend you utilize their coaching. It is worth the cost and will help you avoid some painful mistakes early on that are difficult to fix: namely email username set-up and family set-up. The quality of support has been good, even as we experienced a few glitches that we experienced they were very prompt in fixing the issues. **What problems is Elexio Database solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to create specific groups for our children's and youth ministries that has greatly helped us track attendance and follow-up with families that have been missing multiple weeks. Through their integration with MailChimp, we are also able to provide much better communication. ### 12.
