It is simple to use for our reps and saves an enormous amount of management energy and effort in every commission cycle. **What do you dislike about Zynwork?** Not much to dislike, but it is worth noting that ElevateHQ are a fairly new market entrant. This has more advantages than disadvantages, but also means you will have to interact with them a little more than you would with a more established player. Getting in with them at this stage allows you to help shape the product though, which for us was a big reason we chose them. **What problems is Zynwork solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like many companies, we used to use spreadsheets to track commissions and subsequent payouts. With multiple revenue teams all with different commissions structures across multiple geographies, this manual entry led to errors, less motivated reps and wasted man hours putting things right. Sales is hard enough without trying to figure out what you'll actually be paid if you hit/miss/over achieve your targets. Elevate HQ has made the IC, Sales Ops and team leads role at EdgePetrol so much simpler, more accurate, and WAY less time-consuming. It integrates with our CRM and pulls data directly in realtime so that we are always aware what comms are due. It's a great tool. **What do you dislike about Zynwork?** It took a little bit more time than expected to setup at first, and some admin challenges can be a little frustrating at times (ie roles and responsibilities etc) . **What problems is Zynwork solving and how is that benefiting you?** A way to quickly, accurately build, and understand commission payments to our revenue team.
