They've all been really helpful in identifying opportunities, great speakers, and working through potential ideas or challenges we face within our organization. Additionally, the diversity and strength of the speakers and topics they cover is something unparalleled that I've found through Electives. The feature we've used the most is individual courses, which has been a great and popular offering for our team members during training days. Electives has been a really strong addition to our learning and development toolset because of the strength in the content and the opportunity for our team members to engage live with presenters and each other. The initial setup was very easy, with a smooth transition to me as the administrator, ensuring I had everything needed for other team members to get comfortable using the platform. **What do you dislike about Electives?** There isn’t something specific that I think can be improved.
