**What do you like best about Electa?**

I feel that this software offers you a very professional virtual classroom with a very simple but innovative and light environment and design.

Electa gives me a very important role for me and for my business, which is teaching and training through the internet.

I really enjoy using this software because I can use it anytime and anywhere in the world because I have the pleasure of imparting my knowledge not only with people from the United States but also with people who are in China, Scotland, United Kingdom, South Korea and Venezuela. This is impressive!

I love that this software has given me the opportunity to do what I like: Educate.

I like trials and pricing.

**What do you dislike about Electa?**

I think that its interface is very simple for how powerful this software is. The connections with people from other countries are a bit slow, even the messages that are sent are slow, in the same way the image of the video is very pixelated.

The support team has to be much more active.

**Recommendations to others considering Electa:**

Of course I recommend this software because it is one of the best I have used. Electa will definitely bring you many benefits as it did with me.

I am going to make a recommendation for the owners of this software, the recommendation is that please improve the support team and to do a small update to make it a little easier to use it.


**What problems is Electa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest benefit that I have obtained thanks to this software is that it extended my work field, it made me meet people from all over the world who need my help to be able to teach and train them.

My students also like to use this software because it is much easier to study and I love to pamper them.
