Before, there was constant denial about workplace sexual harassment, now it is captured and shown in ways both sexes can comprehend. Role based learning is available. When I first came across eLearnPOSH, I couldn't believe that such a platform existed and why I'm not aware of it. It is so user-friendly, easy to implement and integrate and the number features - like specific modules for workers, managers and IC members are so great. The only thing I don't like about eLearnPosh is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first, There's so much to learn!

The POSH learning lessons are very easy to understand. As I am not too good in english but it made me to understand the courses easily because of its availablity in other languages.Hindi is my primary language. The way they showcasing and delivering the program in the platform is derirably great. They not only limited with web console. They are catering the services in various platforms. -It comes with multiple language options such as Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil etc which make this tool different from others.

-Training content is different at different positions such as Mangager, team leader, supervisor etc.

- Sometime it is difficult to download training certificate even after training completion shows 100%.

- All Customization feature in mobile application not works effectively.

This is the plateform where we need to come for the training which is much needed for the corporate worker. As a growing world men and women are working together so there must be an awareness among the workers to maintain the decoram and work etiquette. The best standout of the tool according to me are - The tool can be customized with an organization's branding. A subscription to the tool includes e-learning, webinars, and a policy drafting tool that can create a policy in just about 8 - 10 minutes.
