When I first came across eLearnPOSH, I couldn't believe that such a platform existed and why I'm not aware of it. It is so user-friendly, easy to implement and integrate and the number features - like specific modules for workers, managers and IC members are so great. The only thing I don't like about eLearnPosh is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first, There's so much to learn!

The POSH learning lessons are very easy to understand. As I am not too good in English but it made me to understand the courses easily because of its availability in other languages. -It comes with multiple language options such as Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil etc which make this tool different from others.

-Training content is different at different positions such as Manager, team leader, supervisor etc.

- Sometimes it is difficult to download the training certificate even after training completion shows 100%.

- All customization features in the mobile application do not work effectively.

This is the platform where we need to come for the training which is much needed for the corporate worker. As a growing world men and women are working together so there must be an awareness among the workers to maintain the decorum and work etiquette.
