**What do you like best about Eldison platform?**

I really like how easy the Eldison platform is to use for both HR and the employees who are granted stock options. The visualization of the value is something that works really well for me. I would be lost without them being proactive helpers and so on. The initial setup was easy, and they helped us by hopping on a call and also gave a presentation for the team.

**What do you dislike about Eldison platform?**

Nothing

**What problems is Eldison platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the Eldison platform to manage employee stock options and set up incentive plans. It's very easy to use for both HR and employees and offers great visualization of value.

It makes it super clear what I have in my portfolio and where it might go in the near and long term .

**What do you dislike about Eldison platform?**

Haven't found anything to complain about...yet :D

**What problems is Eldison platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me clearly see my stock options and the value of them. I also use Carta for other companies and Eldison makes Carta look like something built in the 90's.
