**What do you like best about ELAINE?**

Central data base for effective and targeted personalization. Cross-channel control for seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints. Extensive features that reliably support even demanding automations.

**What do you dislike about ELAINE?**

Specialized know-how is required for optimal use. Without technical and conceptual skills, the platform quickly seems complex. The entry is accordingly demanding, especially for teams without MarTech experience.

**What problems is ELAINE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central control, automation, and personalization of marketing and CRM processes across multiple channels – and the ability to effectively use customer data to implement relevant, scalable, and measurable customer journeys. Diverse integration possibilities

**What do you like best about ELAINE?**

The tool offers comprehensive email marketing. In addition to an extensive editor, mailings can be quickly and easily built using drag & drop. These can be sent as list mailings, but at the same time, smart and highly complex automated campaign sequences can also be implemented or transactional mailings sent. Additionally, ELAINE offers recipient management and selection options, as well as various reporting and analysis options after sending. Since it is a German provider, it is GDPR-compliant and comes with competent German support.

**What do you dislike about ELAINE?**

Unfortunately, there are no standard templates and articles to fall back on. There is no free version (for testing), and since there are quite complex functions, it is not suitable for a quick start.

**What problems is ELAINE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ELAINE, I send newsletters, transactional mailings, and automation campaigns. The flexible interfaces allow for easy integration of additional systems, such as CRM or shop. A major advantage is also the multilingual templates, which make it possible to set up and edit multiple languages. The relatively new data stores allow for the storage and use of large amounts of data that go beyond master data (e.g., transaction data or product data). I particularly like the A/B testing capabilities and the evaluation of mailings and campaigns. Added to this are functionalities like AIDO for content optimization and AI-based segmentation, as well as interactive elements like countdowns or surveys. And all of this in a single tool.

**What do you like best about ELAINE?**

In addition to the ease of creating mailings and managing contact lists and target groups, what sets ELAINE apart for us is its marketing automation. It allows us to create communication sequences via drag and drop, which we can use for reactivation, reminder or follow-up mailings. In this way, we can control communication to the customer in an automated way, which has been very successful for us and, above all, saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about ELAINE?**

The multitude of functions naturally also leads to a certain complexity of the software. Over time, you will discover more and more functions. The possible uses must be understood and transferred to your own specific use cases in order to be able to use them in a targeted manner. The large number of modules and setting options inevitably sometimes leads to a certain lack of comprehensibility.

**What problems is ELAINE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ELAINE, we can implement the entire range of our e-mail marketing measures. This ranges from sending newsletters and transactional emails to complex mail sequences. Via the API, we enrich subscriber information in a GDPR-compliant manner in order to target specific segments and perform A/B tests. ELAINE helps us and our customers to expand our email marketing measures and make them more successful.
