EKM has been a reliable platform to build as well as operate my online shop. Free features available have been useful in enhancing position within search engine results hence the conversion rate among my targeted traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The company’s own store management features through a mobile application seem to be lacking. This hampers one in being able to track sales, manage inventory or follow up on customers whilst on the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Convenience of my store creation and product list upload is an essential feature that I liked most. It also has adequate options for some of the in-built features like inventory and marketing management that were beneficial to me when starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Beyond basic theme, I struggled to alter the appearance of my store beyond basic templates. For businesses where companies want a unique and branded online presence, EKM’s functionalities are weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The underlying Web optimization devices are useful for getting my store seen on web crawlers. Setting up my store was a breeze, and it is direct to add items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The topic determination feels very prohibitive. This can cause my store to feel a piece nonexclusive contrasted with contenders who have more plan adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is how useful it is through college I had seen myself running back forth to this website and not going to lie you'll see yourself doing the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that while using this website it was kinda confusing at first I have no clue where to go but in the end I got there just don't be giving up easily cause you'll get there too in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It solved my most significant problem in running an e-commerce business. It provides Document Management, Financial Management, and Logistics Management. it provides multiple price pacakage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It needs the best internet connectivity to run smoothly doesn't support low data internet. The software is not user-friendly. It requires a little time to understand and utilize the fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using EKM for couple of years. It's really a fantastic platform that can help you to run your e-commerce website. It's very easy to setup your website and more easier to add products on the system. I like this platform because it gives you to show multiple prices for multiple packages. That's really a great feature from EKM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not found any big issue. But I think you need first internet connection to work fast. Because this software is little bit slow I think. Specially you can face the issue when you will work to update the variant section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The end product. Having a visual of a computer screen process is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The entire process. Extremely complex. You must have someone train you on how to use the product. You would never be able to make a project on your own without someone showing you how to do it. Even then it takes much practice. Very tedious to go through and fix every screen shot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
