The set up is quick and easy, needing only a little training, and eGain's customer support has always been fantastic, I can always expect quick response from them. It helps manage a ton of calls, speeding up our task, taking less time & allowing us to work more smoothly . All of this means , our customer service for the customers can be faster, simpler and eventually would bring us more business , that would result in more revenue at the end.
