Points that can still be improved are addressed openly, but there is already a very comprehensive tool that is extremely supportive for employee development. **What do you dislike about edyoucated?** So far, we have not been able to identify any disadvantages in using it, we enjoy working with the tool and have consciously decided to use edyoucated after a brief market review. **What problems is edyoucated solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can perfectly present our training sessions through edyoucated and have thus created a place where our employees have a unified overview of our training offerings. It has a very good balance between motivation, engagement and learning curve. The platform allows you to keep track of learning objectives and milestones. The structure of the courses is clear and the learning curve can be adjusted depending on your prior knowledge of the topics. It is very easy to provide feedback on a particular learning in the courses. **What do you dislike about edyoucated?** Sometimes there are dead links for some materials, but this happens quite rarely. Sometimes the differnet materials of a single learning unit are not very homogeneus. **What problems is edyoucated solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used the Data Management Learning Path with almost no previous knowledge and i think that one of the best things is the adjustment of the initial learning curve. To overcome that initial barrier, edyoucated is taking in consideration previous knowledge (or the lack of it) and customizing the learning materials. Internet is full of learning material, but the big value of Edyoucated is reviewing the apropriate contents, select them, and give them a coherent structure that allows maximizing the time invested in self-learning. ### 4.
