**What do you like best about ECubix?**

It is remarkable how ECubix successfully implements the ideas of IIoT, Machine Learning, and AI to enhance processes in industries. In my time here, the platform has aided in highlighting areas that have hitches in our production line hence saving cost.

**What do you dislike about ECubix?**

I feel that there is somewhat weak feature when it comes to data visualization. The lack of the option to build ad-hoc reports or customize the interfaces also poses a problem in presenting the findings to the users of the system from different departments.

**What problems is ECubix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding our manufacturing operations, ECubix has been useful. Applying IIoT and AI in the platform has allowed to resolve the problem of data gathering and improve the processes, where weak points are needed to be determined.

The addition of ECubix to my portfolio allows me to provide a wide range of Industry 4.0 solutions that drive the use of AI and machine learning to enhance several processes throughout production, logistics, and sales.

**What do you dislike about ECubix?**

There have been issues in consolidating data gathered from other firms within the company. At some point it appears to fail to well integrate data flows.

**What problems is ECubix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company, ECubix has helped minimize the amount of paperwork when it comes to data collection and analysis.  By implementing these tasks, the real-time data analytics acquired have enhanced cross-departmental decision-making processes.

**What do you like best about ECubix?**

I have seen their solutions work in improving various practices within different departments such as manufacturing and sales. This makes them suitable for various industries and especially for organizations that need more than one solution.

**What do you dislike about ECubix?**

I found them to be slightly rigid in their nature. This hinders the ability of the platform to be easily adapted to these needs and requirements since there are very many organizations with unique requirements for governance.

With the help of ECubix, our company has managed to simplify its activities and obtain much-needed analytical data. The platform’s utilization of IIoT and AI decreases workloads and highlight possible enhancements.
