There are ups and downs with the platform but overall once you get to know how to utilize the use of it you will be able to appreciate the functions and help of it towards data keeping and information gathering. **What do you dislike about eCompliance?** It is a website platform you design yourself but you need to have a really good patience and loft of time to design the function of your page. **What problems is eCompliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** You provide a cheat sheet where you can go back anytime in order to reference your technical problem. It was easy to install the apps and use and can be used across various platforms including PC, tablets and phones. This is an essential daily program for our company. **What do you dislike about eCompliance?** At this time we have not found any negatives about the program, we are still implementing and upgrading but do not anticipate anything we do not like thus far. **What problems is eCompliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our field employees are using eCompliance for instant and on site reporting, we are also using this program to train new employees and staff as the learning modules are so easy and smile to use.
