Echo Reviews & Product Details

echobooking.com Echo Booking is an AI receptionist for dental and medical practices, built by Echo Health Solutions. It answers every call, text, email, and web form around the clock in 70+ languages, and books appointments directly into the practice's EHR or PMS instead of leaving the front desk a task to finish. It reads live availability, applies the practice's own scheduling rules, and writes the appointment, reschedule, or note back into the chart while the patient is still on the line. It also works outbound: reminders, recall lists, waitlist fill, and referral follow-up. It's HIPAA-compliant with a signed BAA before go-live, and hands off to a human whenever a caller asks or a conversation moves outside the configured guardrails. - Deep two-way integrations. Live read/write with Open Dental, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, PrognoCIS, Athena, Prompt, and more, so the work leaves the desk rather than coming back as a queued task. - Custom scheduling rules engine. Echo books the slot the front desk would have picked, accounting for provider availability, operatory constraints, appointment-type prerequisites, stacking, and family bookings. - Mobile-first and invisible by design. One light app that notifies the team only when a person is genuinely needed, with no dashboard to check each morning.
