It answers every call, text, email, and web form around the clock in 70+ languages, and books appointments directly into the practice's EHR or PMS instead of leaving the front desk a task to finish. It reads live availability, applies the practice's own scheduling rules, and writes the appointment, reschedule, or note back into the chart while the patient is still on the line.
