**What do you like best about EC SCRM?**

I like how EC SCRM makes supplier and risk management so much simpler. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it brings all the key details together in one place. It also helps teams stay proactive with compliance and risk tracking, which really improves overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about EC SCRM?**

ometimes the system can feel a bit heavy when handling large volumes of data, and a few sections take extra clicks to get to what you need. The reporting could also be a bit more customizable. Nothing major, but a few small tweaks could make the overall experience even smoother.

**What problems is EC SCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EC SCRM helps bring all supplier and risk details into one place, which saves a lot of time in tracking and follow-ups. It’s made coordination between teams smoother and helps catch issues early, keeping projects on track and better organized.
