The ability to pictorially view how the analysis tells a story about the failure event, just by following the "how could" logic. The ease of storing evidence and notes and ability to send verification tasks to members of investigative team ,for which status can be tracked. A few downsides for me has to do with arrangements of the nodes during the analysis.

One is the unfriendly nature of manually trying to re-arrange the nodes, such as when you to remove one node or add another if its in the middle of a "string" of vertical nodes nodes, and also how the automatic re-arrangment of nodes sometimes creates confusion especially if you have a large number of nodes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my perspective, there is nothing I really dislike about the sofetware. Of cource there are minor things that could be improved but the good news is customer support is excellent. They are always open to looking at improving features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
