## About EasyGuarding
EasyGuarding is security guard management software for security companies and guard agencies. It replaces paper sign-in sheets, spreadsheets and group chats with a verified record of every shift, patrol and incident, shared by owners, supervisors and clients. Guards clock in from the EasyGuarding mobile app with a face scan inside the site geofence, which prevents buddy punching and clock-ins from off site. Attendance is captured offline in basements, parking garages and other low-signal locations, then syncs when the phone reconnects. Supervisors see live post coverage across every site and get alerts when a guard leaves the site boundary or a post goes unmanned. Patrols are verified with QR checkpoint scans, so every round has a timestamped record. Guards report incidents with photos, location and severity, and each report keeps an action trail from filing to resolution. Reports can be exported as PDFs for insurers, police or client reviews. Supervisors build weekly schedules in minutes. When a guard calls off, EasyGuarding ranks the nearest qualified guards who are available, so coverage can be assigned in one tap. Clients get a portal limited to their own sites, showing guards on duty, patrol history and incident status. Security companies go into contract renewals with a clear record of the work delivered. Billing runs from verified attendance. Rates are set once per client contract, including per-post, per-shift, overtime, and day, night or holiday multipliers, and are applied automatically each billing cycle. EasyGuarding generates branded PDF invoices with tax fields and sequential numbering, tracks outstanding and overdue payments, and exports attendance by site and by guard for payroll. Guard management keeps each guard's documents, verification status and license expiry dates in one place. Guard verification lets companies check a candidate's consent-based work history and performance score before hiring. The guard app runs on everyday Android phones and uses an icon-first design that new guards can learn quickly. Role-based access gives owners, supervisors, office staff and clients the right level of visibility. EasyGuarding has one plan with every feature included, priced per active guard per month, with regional pricing for India and other markets. Companies pay only for guards on that month's payroll. The free trial runs until the end of the month after sign-up.
