One of the standout features is the extensive range of data integrations and reporting set-up. It really is a souped up excel, but instead of having to manually create pivot tables and manually download and store data, everything is done easily within the platform. Not to mention the creator is extremely responsive and any fixes or snags that are needed or occur, he is always quick to dig in and ensure smooth sailing.

This product allows a lot of flexibility in reporting and is a vaulable asset to the way our organization uses data to make business decisions.

Only constructive feedback I have is I wish there was a way to have data update immediately, but I don't foresee a workaround since this platform pulls data from outside software, and response times between the two will never be fully succinc - just the nature of the beast. - I would have to the amount of time and resources that the software has awarded my company. I would highly recommend this software if your company is a highly data driven company, the simplicity does not require to be a coder, at first it will be challenging but James is always there to help and guide, If your company does not have Easy insights you will fall behind and waste resources scraping all your data manually from different data sources. James Bow's customer service is knowledgable and fast. We are able to access more information about our business. We can prolong the life of our existing ERP system Cin7. While EI is relatively easy to use as with any software there is a learning curve to using it. The reports are easy to build, but making good easy to read dashboards is harder. Easy Insight is definitely one of my favorite pieces of software we subscribe to.

Funny enough it produces much more useful reports than my actual inventory software (Cin7 previously DEAR). Cin7 is one of the most important pieces of software in my business, but the reports are terrible. Thank goodness Easy Insight is here to take all that good data from CIN 7 and give me reports I can actually do something with.

Using it for inventory and financial reports and automating them to email me is very helpful.

Also I really like and appreciate that the subscription model is FAIR! You pay a flat rate and get all the features. It is not the greedy bloated highway robbery model you see with other software that tries to ride on your coat tail of success and charge you more based on your revenue.

I don't really dislike anything honestly.

Easy Insight has a vast number of connectors and it's very easy to get started with basic reports. In addition to this, they are very responsive to requests for information. Easy Insight is a extremely powerful business intelligence tool. In my experience, it's been easier to implement and give the general user much more powerful reporting tools at their fingertips than Tableau or PowerBI. The team has thought of many integrations and use cases. We were able to tie together multiple data sources and run powerful analytics within hours with no advanced technical assistance or BI skills. Responsive and truly helpful customer service!!! Any reports that don't already exist, or I am unsure of how to create myself...they are happy to help. Additionally, the reports we can get from EI are so much better - nuanced, adjustable - than reports available natively in Dear/Cin7 Core.
