**What do you like best about Easy A11y Guide?**

I loved the package that was offered to us. We booked Easy A11y Guide for one hour, and that hour was used to assess our app directly, where we got real-world feedback on exactly what we needed to do to fix items up.  We then were given a recording of the call to refer back to as well as key link to help us remediate issues.  This was the most 'out of box' experience I've had for accessibility services. And the hour consulting fee was affordable!

**What do you dislike about Easy A11y Guide?**

I am struggling to think what I disliked.  I'm serious. As I type this out I just can't think of something I disliked.  The hour was jam packed with in-app reviews and recommendations on how to improve our app, and we were delivered exactly what we were hoping for and more, all for a reasonable price.

**Recommendations to others considering Easy A11y Guide:**

The wealth of knowledge Easy A11y Guide brings to the table is astounding.  And whether you are brand new to accessibility needing an audit, or you've built an accessible friendly website/app and just need a final review there's no doubt in my mind that Easy A11y Guide will be able to provide value to you from an accessibility standpoint.

**What problems is Easy A11y Guide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working on launching our new app and we had Gen from Easy A11y Guide review our app for any accessibility concern.  Gen not only identified a handful of areas for improvements, but helped us understand the core principles of why we needed to make each update.  Within just an hour, my accessibility knowledge expanded significantly and I left the call motivated and eager to spot issues even on my own moving forward!
