I found it pretty intuitive and easy to get started. I use e-sign's service for tenancy agreements for my rental property. I like their pay-as-you-go model which suits my requirement as only I don't need a lot of agreements executed, however I am considering recommending this service for initially for the execution of Non Disclosure Agreements in my company. Pay as you go was working well, it was expensive but still ok after I get advice from them and upgrade my service I have all proofs but they informed me wrongly and when I want to cancellation in 14 days of the beginning of my service, they are repeating something to not make a refund. This was a horrible service I got to experiment with. They informed me wrongly and charged me 4 times £190 pound for all users. There is no information about the cancellation process and when you want to contact them they are so rude and not helping you, it is my right which is based on consumer law. I also told them this, but their behavior is still the same. I wasted so many times with them and I am so sorry I understand and at the beginning, I wanted to sort out my cancellation with them but are closing their ear and always giving the same answer because of this, I will go to trial.
