DynaFile Reviews & Product Details

DynaFile is cloud-based HR document management software built to help HR teams centralize and manage employee records throughout the employee lifecycle. Designed specifically for HR, DynaFile brings documents from the systems and processes organizations already use into one complete employee record. Documents can flow into DynaFile from HRIS/HCM and ATS platforms, e-signature and onboarding solutions, digital uploads, and paper scanning. DynaFile works alongside existing HR technology rather than replacing it. Flexible integration options allow employee information and documents from HRIS/HCM, ATS, onboarding, e-signature, and other business systems to flow into DynaFile, helping HR teams maintain complete, current employee records. DynaFile integrates with platforms including Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Paylocity, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, PandaDoc, and other HR and business systems. DynaFile's AIDI (AI Document Intelligence) helps identify, classify, and organize incoming HR documents, reducing manual filing and helping HR teams maintain more complete employee records. Barcode scanning and batch capture also simplify the conversion of legacy paper personnel files and ongoing high-volume document processing. Built for sensitive employee records, DynaFile provides role-based access controls, secure document sharing, audit trails, document tracking, version control and history, retention capabilities, and tools that help HR teams maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready employee files.
