"Dualhook Makes WhatsApp Cloud API Setup, Webhooks, and Monitoring Effortless"
What do you like best about Dualhook?

The biggest value for us is that Dualhook removes a lot of the operational friction that usually comes with WhatsApp integrations. Setup feels more straightforward, webhook routing is easier to manage, and we have better visibility into connection health and account status. Instead of spending time piecing together different parts of the workflow ourselves, we can use Dualhook as the operational layer and keep our own backend at the center of the system.

What I like most is how focused the product is. It does not try to be everything at once. It is clearly built around the real needs of teams using WhatsApp Cloud API: reliable webhook handling, template management, monitoring, and a cleaner setup experience. That focus makes the platform feel lightweight and efficient, while still covering the parts that matte most in day-to-day use.

Another thing that stands out is the privacy-conscious approach. We do not want to introduce an extra platform that stores message content unless there is a very strong reason to do so, and Dualhook’s model feels much more aligned with that preference. It gives us the operational benefits we need while still letting us keep more ownership over our own systems, workflows, and data flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dualhook?

If I had to point to one downside, it’s that Dualhook is intentionally focused rather than trying to be an all-in-one platform. That works well for us, but teams looking for deeper analytics, broader native integrations, or a full customer messaging workspace may want more built-in features.
