I like that I can easily see what I’ve posted, re-post previous posts, and view what the wider business is putting on LinkedIn. The scheduling element is good too, and makes it simpler to plan ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Advocacy with Immediate Impact"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I really like DSMN8's one-click direct publish flow and the handy analytics features. Being able to log in, pick a piece of content, and immediately publish or schedule it with preformatted captions provided by our communications team is super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

My main issue with DSMN8 isn't really about its functionality but more about how underutilized it is across our company as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lewis Gray of DSMN8

Hi Shelly. Thanks for your review! It's awesome to hear feedback like this, and I love your enthusiasm for getting more of your colleagues involved! I hope you continue to enjoy using DSMN8. Thanks again!

"Share and interact in an engaging and visual way"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

The way of sharing and interacting with others allows for greater visibility, making it more appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I don't really see any major issues, although I would like it to include some kind of additional measurement beyond simple visualization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! It's great to hear that DSMN8 makes sharing and interacting engaging and visual, and that it's actively helping you expand your reach on LinkedIn.

Regarding your note on going beyond visualization metrics - you can actually track deeper performance data right in the platform. Every user has access to personal analytics where you can view detailed metrics like link clicks, total engagement, top-performing posts, and your personal reach over time. This data can also be exported for use in other analytics tools. If you're not sure where to find or how to navigate this, please do reach out to support.

All the best,

Emily

What do you like best about DSMN8?

One of the biggest upsides is the company-provided content. I’ve had quite a bit of success posting this content on LinkedIn. The posts are vetted by my company and are 100% approved to share, which makes it easy to use them with confidence. I can also add my own comments on top of the posts, and that combination has worked well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I like the auto-posting but prefer to have more control over frequency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bulk Scheduling Simplifies LinkedIn, Despite Frequent Reauthentication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I find the multi-post scheduling and pre-approved content repository most useful. I can browse suggested posts, choose optimal times, and queue up a week’s worth of content in one quick session, which eliminates the daily hassle of manual posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The most frustrating part of DSMN8 is that I frequently need to reauthenticate and relink my LinkedIn account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Tyrone,

Thanks so much for the review! We love hearing that you can queue up a week's worth of content in one session and skip the daily posting hassle.

We completely understand the frustration with reconnecting LinkedIn. For security, LinkedIn requires connected apps to be re-authorized periodically, which is why you'll occasionally be asked to relink. We know it's an interruption, so we send a reminder before your connection expires so your scheduled posts aren't affected.

Thanks again! All the best, Emily

"Great for internal team/group posts."
3/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

The best thing about DSMN8 is to catch up on what your teammates are up to and posting. It is basically like a LinkedIn for your company. You can post things for only certain groups, for only internal people, for different Teams and from LinkedIn to DSMN8. You can also filter and search by who posted it. You can add colleagues just like other social media and then my company defaulted me to be friends with all of our company Sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I don't like having to login each time I receive an email from work to check something out. It is just one more platform to have to check and keep up with. It is relatively easy to use and create a post. Just have to understand the categories that your company has setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Christel, thank you for the detailed review! Love the "LinkedIn for your company" description - that internal connectivity and content discovery across teams is exactly what we're going for. On the login friction, it's worth checking with your admin about SSO options, which can remove the need to log in separately each time. All the best, Emily

"DSMN8: Effortless Multi-Platform Advocacy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I really like DSMN8's one-click multi-sharing feature combined with the built-in scheduling tool. It's incredibly beneficial because I can review a pre-validated article and push it directly to my social accounts in under ten seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The primary area for improvement is how non-shareable internal-only posts are visually categorized within the content feed. Currently, internal posts look very similar to external ones, which can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Lindsey,

Thanks so much! We love that you can go from article to shared in under ten seconds. Great feedback on making internal-only posts easier to tell apart from shareable ones, and we’ve shared it with our product team. Thanks again!

All the best,

Emily

"Effortless Social Media Management with AI Support"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I find DSMN8 incredibly useful for my daily work routine. It serves as an all-in-one content aggregation and social scheduling platform, which really tackles the time-consuming challenges of managing social media activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The primary drawback I experience isn't caused by the application itself, but rather company-specific IT security restrictions that prevent installing the mobile app within my organization's Android work profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Arron,

Thanks for the great review! We’re so glad DSMN8 has become part of your daily routine and is saving you time by keeping content and scheduling all in one place.
