"Intuitive Platform that Centralizes Corporate Content"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I really like the practicality of the DSMN8 platform. It is intuitive and greatly facilitates access to content. Additionally, I appreciate how DSMN8 centralizes all content in a single environment, making it easier to keep up with news and campaigns without needing to use other means. It is very simple to connect via LinkedIn and view the posts ready to be shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

There are no negative points on the platform. Perhaps new viewing options and/or a night mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Thanks for such positive feedback about DSMN8! Great to hear the platform feels accessible, making it easy for everyone to get involved, not just marketers, is a big part of what we're going for.

On scheduling: users can choose specific times to post, so there's more flexibility than you might have found. The one intentional limitation is that multiple posts can't be scheduled for the exact same time. That's by design to keep sharing patterns looking natural. If you'd like help getting the most out of the scheduling options, our support team would be happy to walk you through it! All the best, Emily

"Seamless Communication and Easy Setup, but Lacks Depth"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I really like that DSMN8 is super easy to use, which makes it convenient for me to pre-program and set posts to my network. It's great for staying connected with what's going on around the business and serves as an easy hub that contains content shared on all media platforms. The home page is particularly useful, letting me view my dashboard, see the latest content, and visualize my analytics. The initial setup was also easy and didn't take much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I want it to be able to do more. I feel it is just a shell GUI. I can't put my finger on it right now. I just feel like it is missing something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Thanks for the great review! We're so glad DSMN8 is easy to use and keeps you connected across your network. We'd love to hear more about what feels like it's missing, even rough ideas help shape what we build next. "Automated Posting Eases Social Media, Despite Occasional Inconsistency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I find DSMN8’s auto-posting engine the most valuable part of the platform. I can set automated publishing rules and let it distribute approved company updates on a regular schedule, which helps me maintain a continuous professional presence on social media and removes the daily friction of social media management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

My primary drawback with DSMN8 is periodic inconsistency in posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Ellen,

Thanks so much for the review! We're really glad automated posting is helping you keep a consistent presence without the daily effort.

We're sorry to hear some posts haven't gone out as expected. Reliable publishing is exactly what auto-posting should deliver, so we'd like to look into this properly. Please contact our support team at support@dsmn8.com or your Customer Success Manager so we can check your setup and find out what's causing it.

Thanks again for the feedback!

What do you like best about DSMN8?

I like the points and ranking system. It makes me want to do more and keep pushing so I can reach first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

The software on my cellphone is a little bit buggy and isn’t very intuitive. The layout also feels a bit too simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Social Media Compliance and Engagement"
4/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I love how DSMN8 makes it really easy to post company-approved posts on my social media. The fact that the posts are pre-validated and compliant is reassuring, and the tool allows me to post on multiple platforms simultaneously, which is just great. I like that DSMN8 is quick, easy, and intuitive to use. I can look at an article, and if I like it, I can post it on my socials almost immediately. The one-click post feature saves me a ton of time, as I don't need to individually paste articles to all my socials; it just takes ten seconds. The scheduled post feature is also quite useful. Setting up DSMN8 was fast and simple, taking about five minutes to log in, connect to socials, and get permissions approved. Overall, DSMN8 helps me stay consistent with social media engagement and ensures compliance with company policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

I find it frustrating that internal posts aren't highlighted more clearly. Having to search for that tiny tag that says 'internal' feels like a waste of time, especially since those are the posts that cannot be shared. It needs better consolidation of categories to be more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Thanks for sharing such a detailed review! It's great to hear that DSMN8's quick setup, pre-approved content, and one-click multi-platform sharing is helping you maintain a consistent and compliant social presence effortlessly.

We also really appreciate your feedback regarding internal-only posts. Clearer visual tags is a great suggestion. If you have a moment, please consider sharing this thought directly through the "suggest/vote platform ideas" option in the platform menu. Our product team uses those votes to help prioritize future updates! Thanks for being a valued DSMN8 user!

All the best,

Emily

"Effortless Content Automation, but Disconnected from LinkedIn"
5/5
What do you like best about DSMN8?

I use DSMN8 to share company updates and brand stories across my social channels. The automatic post scheduling and simple, quick sharing are the most beneficial parts for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DSMN8?

My main complaint is that DSMN8 feels too disconnected from LinkedIn. Since it’s a standalone web app, I have to keep switching away from my social feed to manage content, check suggested posts, or set up schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Neal of DSMN8

Hi Carlos,

Thanks so much for the review! We're really glad the scheduling and quick sharing are saving you time on getting company stories out there.

You make a fair point about switching between DSMN8 and LinkedIn. A few things can cut that down: the DSMN8 mobile app lets you review and share suggested posts on the go, and Slack/Teams integration bring new content to you, so you only need to open DSMN8 when there's something worth sharing.

All the best,

Emily
