Login Security Module 
This is one of the most powerful Drupal security module. This module will limit rate of login attempts and block the access. You can set this limit and block an IP temporary or permanent. You can also configure it to send you a notification if someone tries to brute force the login page.

**What do you dislike about Drupal on Windows Server 2019?**

Well honeslty its good to see what Drupal has achieved so far the however there is a little lag or you can say it's freezing while loading

Captcha login is there so that it restricted to login through bots or automated
