It can identify the different types of risks to achieve operational compliance with various data protection laws. I especially loved the compliance dashboard which provides visuals with colored indicators to show me where I should focus on. This is good when I need to present to my Management to get their support. It also helps me to implement my data protection management program (DPMP). With this, I can easily demonstrate accountability to both my Management and Regulators, when the need arises. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about DPOinBOX?** As a user, I do not have any dislike at the moment. **What problems is DPOinBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always find that my colleagues are very busy when I try to get them to identify their department risks. Most of the time, they are even not aware what are the risks. With this system, they can easily go in to check the boxes on the likely risks faced by their respective departments. A checklist always helps and it makes life easier for everyone. ### 4. It alerts the privacy team on compliance gaps relevant to provisions of the law. **What do you dislike about DPOinBOX?** Creating reports is not yet available in some parts. One needs to manually cut and paste. **What problems is DPOinBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It monitors privacy and data risks and the measures needed to address potential incidents and breaches that are relevant to every provision of the law. ### 5.
