I like DotYeti for a lot of reasons. Their flat rate (no freelancer scope creep!) pricing structure is a great fit for us, allowing unlimited edits and projects each month without having to worry about extra costs. I also appreciate the personal touch, like having a call directly with the founder when I was vetting them. DotYeti's ability to produce great creative, graphic, and visual design work with minimal guidance is impressive. They've helped us create our brand cost-effectively and quickly, which is crucial in our industry. The speed and quality of their work are exactly what we need. I love their approach of sharing several options when there is some uncertainty, which helps in making the right choice. I also find their project management system straightforward with a simple onboarding process, making it easy to manage creative briefs. Their ability to adhere to brand guidelines and adapt quickly with little direction is something I value highly. And their quick turnaround and delivery of quality work have been a real asset for us. I wish I could directly reply to emails when I get notifications from DotYeti instead of always having to log into the platform. It would also be helpful to have more users be able to comment without adding extra costs for additional users. Having multiple users on the account without sharing a login would help, especially for roles like fractional professionals. Being able to pay for expedited services as an add-on or project-based to speed up delivery on certain projects would be great too. And, having a way for external people to comment or review directly, without the need for me to download and share assets manually, would make things smoother.
