
What I like best about DoorDash for Merchants is how much reach and visibility it gives you without needing a huge marketing budget. It puts your business in front of customers who are already ready to order, while handling the logistics, payments, and delivery side of things. The biggest downside to DoorDash for Merchants is the fees—they can add up quickly and really cut into margins, especially for smaller restaurants. It can also feel like you have less control over the customer experience once the food leaves your hands, since delivery issues or delays often reflect back on the restaurant even when they’re out of your control.
