It does so quickly which saves a lot of time from having to do the research manually. It also organizes the report into distinct sections such as charitable contributions, political contributions, real estate and equity listings, etc. so we can see the various markers of wealth and prior giving history of donor prospects. We are also able to upload current donor data to conduct wealth screenings en-masse. DonorSearch additionally ranks the quality of the donors that allows us to strategize our efforts accordingly. DonorSearch recently updated their user interface to a more streamlined, modern design that is far more user friendly than their traditional user interface. **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** The integration within Raiser's Edge NXT could be improved. While it is useful in its current state, it could be perhaps more powerful with the ability to conduct queries or reports using DonorSearch data within NXT. **What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonorSearch allows my team to quickly pull useful information about potential and current donors to screen their capacity and affinity to give to our organization. DonorSearch allows our gift officers to narrow their focus amongst the thousands of names in our database. Everyone I've ever worked with a DonorSearch has been great and friendly. The setup and installation was very easy and we were up and running in a matter of hours. **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** It would be great to have some more advanced functionality with the Salesforce app. But, that might be due to limitations on the Salesforce side and not necessariliy on DonorSearch. **What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonorSearch helps us narrow who we should be talking to on a daily basis. We have tens of thousands of contacts and only three people in our fundraising office. It integrates perfectly with Salesforce and autmatically screens new donors, and has simple processes to batch screen others. It was easy to implement/install in Salesforce. Their website is easy to use and their customer support team checks in frequently to preemptively get ahead of any issues that may arise. I would highly reccomend DS to any organization. **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** The main drawback that I have encountered with DS is using the DS Website as a team. As the admnistrator, all donors are screened under my account. I then have to manually 'share' those results with every other account (users) that is in my organization. We screen donors weekly at the minimum, and often times multiple times a week. This means I would have to manually share each screening with each team member. There is no option to automatically share or to bulk share. It has to be each screen with account 1 at a time. We ultimately just all share the 'admin' account so everyone can view all the screenings without extra manual work. My initial relationship with Cathy was sustained and that played an important role in building the trust in the relationship. Carrie has continued to steward that initial relationship and Julia our current onboarding specialist has further developed my own skills as well at the small team here at Laboure. In addition to relationship management competencies at DonorSearch, I like the 85% to 100% accuracy of the data. As an economist by training, I am very numbers and data driven and utilizing DonorSearch enables me to engage informed decision making which is crucial for non-profits that are in the early stages of developing a major gifts program that have not completed the required identification and qualification steps within the moves management process. This specific review however today is for Ingrid Tugwell who swiftly remediated an issue regarding the requested deletion of a previous import file which others have also been accommodating with in the past. I am not a fan of making such requests, nor should they be regular demands but given a quick turnaround that was needed today - as Julia was out of the office today Ingrid remediated the issue swiftly in a professional and understanding manner. **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** Honestly, over the years I have really never had any major negative feedback on the tool. We will be integrating the DonorSearch results into Raiser's Edge soon and I am curious to see if we are able to add the individual donor profiles into Raiser's Edge under notes as an attachment. If we can't do this, it will be cumbersome for us as we only signed up for an annual subscription but even this would not be a major deal breaker or something we strongly dislike.
