dominKnow is the best authoring tool for responsive courses such as for courses for all the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In dominKnow customization is very difficult. It is complex in adding the functionality for interactive slides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't like anything about DominKnow. It was difficult to use and learn, and was clunky and slow to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worst thing about DominKnow is not having the ability to use true template options to easily create consistent themes and stick to design standards and branding principles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

domiKnow is very easy to learn and use. It looks and feels like PowerPoint, but on steroids. It was easy for our team, who had no development experience, to take the software and create training. We have also taken the platform and standardized powerpoints/training for our classroom training, allowing for consistent content in our classrooms. The templates and the dynamic views are very helpful and allow for anyone to take the platform out of the box and create anything for any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more stock photo samples. There are quite a few to choose from, but would be better if more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reusability of assets, pages, template is a good feature for domiknow claro. Having multiple inbuild template helps to develop faster. Also they are working on to improve the responsive output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are few things that I dislike in this tool like total dependency on internet connectivity, Unstable servers, course loading issue due to bugs, powerpoint deck import process is too slow, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to refresh because things stop working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program is powerful and has regular updates, adding new improvements and functionalities. The user interface is a bit strange with a lot of redundancies, but that has improved a lot in the latest iterations. Support is helpful and very accessible. Lessons created are responsive, eye-pleasing, and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No program is perfect, but the one main gripe we have about this software: The cloud-based format means that we can't control when updates are applied. These updates sometimes break existing functions which require a lot of back-tracking of un-published lessons. At the time of this review, we still have a backlog of bugs awaiting resolution. There must be a way to buffer this update cycle or go back to an older version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best approach to creating mobile content among all of the authoring tools I have used previously (Articulate, Adobe, Lectora). Wonderful tech support team; very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI takes some getting used to. They've arranged things a little differently than the other authoring tools do. (Not a problem after familiarizing yourself with it.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So glad you've enjoyed the power of Flow and how it enables you to meet unique design needs that many competitors don't even come close to addressing. And glad you appreciate that "different" doesn't always mean bad. Hopefully you've enjoyed the several changes to the user interface in the last several releases.
