dominKnow One allows the author more flexibility when creating courses. We can have a standard template, but authors can use their own creativity to make courses more robust. The variety of activities to use in courses improves the learner experience.

dominKnow works well, but on the rare occasions issues arise (or you just are unsure how to achieve something) their support team are super quick to reply and helpful. There are also helpful virtual user meet ups where the dominKnow team and your fellow designers can offer support and you can be inspired by what others are doing with this powerful tool.

If more traditional e-learning is what you are after, than you can just switch to dominKnow|One Claro, which has all the features (and more) found on leading desktop tools. But, in contrast to those traditional tools, as dominKnow is cloud based it makes collaboration, review and asset management easy.

dominKnow is great - there aren't many downsides! But, if you are designing responsive or mobile-first e-learning for the first time, this approach can take a small amount of getting used to- but once you've got the hang of how responsive design works, you'll be producing amazing responsive e-learning in no time.
