## About Doma
Doma is deal pipeline software for real estate investors running fix-and-flip and BRRRR strategies. Most investors end up stitching together three or four tools, one to find leads, another to skip trace, a spreadsheet to run numbers, and something else to track the deal. Doma replaces that stack. Pull off-market leads by market and buy box, or search on-market listings scored against your criteria. Skip trace owners on demand, so credits are only spent when you decide to spend them. Triage every lead in one table, run flip or BRRRR analysis instantly, and move the deals worth pursuing onto a Kanban board the whole team can work from. Doma was built by an active investor to run his own company's deals, and it still does. Every feature exists because a real deal needed it.

**What do you like best about Doma?**

The skiptracing feature is fast and accurate and the other tools are combined in one program with more to come.

**What do you dislike about Doma?**

I haven't found anything I dislike. There's a feedback button built-in if I need help, and they're responsive. It's user friendly also.

**What problems is Doma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has combined several different apps I was using from other sources making my workflow more efficient, and the skiptracing is much more accurate than any I've used.
