"Effortless e-Signatures, Maximizes Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I love the swiftness of the whole process with Docusign and how simple it is to use. The e-signature feature is particularly valuable to me; I just click and drag to where I need the document signed, and I'm done. I find it user-friendly and perfect for signing resident documents and leases without needing to be physically present. It saves paper and is something anyone can learn even if some advanced features might take a bit of practice. I also appreciate that I can use it on my phone for personal things like signing car loans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Some people when receiving the email indicating they need to sign, believe it is a spam email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use DocuSign With Secure Document Retrieval"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign makes it easy to execute documents in a virtual world - with an easy to use interface, and all the functions you'd expect for this type of software. The routing function is great - automatically sending the docs to the next designated signer.

Given the risk of phishing emails, I also appreciate that DocuSign allows you to retrieve documents directly from its website by entering a document key. That way there’s less need to click links that could be fraudulent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I wish there were a way for non-admins to see the current status of documents needing signatures by others. This way all users would know exactly where the document is stuck - and could proactively nudge users to move the document along.

It's outside of DocuSign's control, but I definitely feel like it's one of the more commonly used phishing attempts (i.e. fake DocuSign emails with fraudulent links). I believe DocuSign has helped address this risk by having the "Access Documents", followed by the use of a security key on their home page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Onboarding with Intuitive Usability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I think DocuSign is very easy to use. It's really user-friendly and pretty intuitive. It simplified our processes significantly. We weren't losing documents, and we didn't have to constantly hound our team for them. The documents were automatically completed and sent to us. If there was a holdup, we could easily see where it was in the process. Overall, it's a much better process than what we had been doing before. Setting it up was very simple and easy. I went in with no prior knowledge and was able to build out what I needed effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I do remember thinking that there were some capabilities that I thought DocuSign could do that it had not done at the time. I have not worked in it in a little bit, so I do think that they have kind of gotten to there and have fixed some of those bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Management with Robust Security"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like that DocuSign allows us to share documents, contracts, and files in a secure way across the world to vendors and their clients. It works seamlessly and effortlessly. Signing documents is secure and supports multi-signatures, which is essential for our business. Also, the initial setup of DocuSign was very easy, which makes it accessible. The user interface and user experience are great, and we can quickly create contracts and offer letters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I'm thinking it would be more powerful if DocuSign could incorporate blockchain for immutability. Using blockchain for contracts could enhance the system's strength in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick & Easy E-Signatures with Great ROI in one Simple Application"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign makes it quick and easy to get documents signed and projects moved along reducing operational costs and giving great ROI. It has a simple and easy to navigate UI making the user experience easy. It integrates easily with many other applications including email and it performs as advertised. Support for it is available directly from the application and the new AI capabilities are improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

For the most part there is very little I dislike. Only thing I dislike is its cost which makes me prefer other software that is integrated with other subscriptions I already purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Template-Based eSignatures with Reliable Digital Records"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

Create envelope and store agreement templates for signing. There is always a digital record when document is viewed and signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Have restart and void entire agreement if you need to make small changes. Also, while we are classified as a 501c3 we were unable to be approved for the nonprofit pricing which would help with finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Document Sharing, Needs Longer Link Validity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like the feature in DocuSign where there's a specific link given to share and upload documents seamlessly using various devices and options, and I can instantly review them. The link is really accessible for a given period of time and can be used anytime on any device by the assigned user. Also, the initial setup of DocuSign was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The link expiration time is something that can be extended or improved upon as there's a limited time frame for its validity. The link should at least be valid for a period of 1 month from the time it's generated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Hassle-Free Signature Turnarounds Across Time Zones"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

Ease of signature turnarounds. I don’t need to troubleshoot how signatures get to me across distance and time zones, and I don’t have to worry about clients, partners, or employees not having a paid subscription to Adobe or other signing applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Nothing particularly stands out that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign: Click. Sign. Move On.”"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how effortless it makes the entire document signing process, from start to finish. Implementation is very straightforward and doesn’t require much technical effort, so teams can start using it quickly without long onboarding or setup time. We use it very frequently for contracts, approvals, and official documentation, and it consistently works without issues.

It also has a strong set of features like reusable templates, automated reminders, real-time tracking, audit trails, and secure signing, w

hich makes it suitable for both simple and complex workflows. Integrations with common tools like email, cloud storage, and CRM platforms are smooth and reliable, so it fits easily into existing processes. Overall, it saves a lot of time, improves turnaround, and removes the usual delays that come with manual signing and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There’s honestly not much to dislike in terms of usability or performance, because it works really well end-to-end. If I had to point out something, pricing can feel slightly on the higher side for small teams or occasional users. But considering the security, ease of use, and how much effort it saves, it still feels worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
