It is easy to send and receive contracts through docusign. It's easy to make templates and bulk send as well. Convenient, fast, and user friendly. I think it is probably better than competitors. Conditional formatting when sending a document or contract can get tricky and hard to use (even though overall it is easy to use). The help section could be better. It gets the job done. I am able to fairly easily send any real estate document I need signed thought my ziplogix system - but editing and adding documents is sometimes a little cumbersome. The biggest issue I have with the system is the ordering of sending of documents to multiple parties.
