**What do you like best about Documoto?**

- Can create a content and upload if for specific unit of people which actually related to that to avoid disperacy and confusion.
- Upload and search on this is quite easy and effective.
- Integration with our systems is easy and well connected for documents research.
- Friendly in both front-end and back-end.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

- Like it's document management tool so happening and facing confusion is quite normal.
- Needs to add more search words in sku.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing and writing contents for both customer reference as per the product and internal new team members training knowledge based. It helps to make the proper separation in every type of document in overall organization.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

The ability to make changes is what sold us. When errors are found we can quickly get it corrected and the customer can see the change within a matter of minutes. On the service side, being able to 'relate content' (such as a repair video) to parts is great. Saves phone calls to our service department!

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

I wish I had more options for customization. We have some options now, but there are a few small things I wish I could change which I feel would really improve our users experience.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documoto is helping our Dealers be more self-sufficient. Providing all the information our Dealers need (service parts, weights, dims, photo, repair procedures) frees up our Service Department to focus on other customer needs. We are also now using Documoto to show the Accessories available for products. Big improvement over just providing Dealers a paper copy of what fits on what.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

Documoto is self-explanatory, yet sophisticated.  The support team is very reliable and responsive when questions do arise.  Personally, the questions are rare.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

I honestly do not have any dislikes for Documoto "per se".  The material we utilize requires a lot of time and concentration for it to maximize my benefits.  The data takes a lot of time to load accurately.  That is not a Documoto issue, but it speaks to the ability of Documoto to adapt to our business needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Documoto:**

Give it a good look as an option.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documoto is allowing me to load manuals so our customers can access them online in the most comprehensive way possible.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

SImple, easy to follow
Viewing and printing is clear and concise
Editing parts list, images and thumbnails can be done in no time at all
Tech support very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

Duplicate parts page checks
Direct printing from library for end users

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online storefront awareness and advertising for sales and end users
Web-based service provides ease of use for all parts and assemblies search

Documoto molds what your company's needs and desires are. They can virtually do anything that you ask them to do.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

I can't think of anything that I don't particularly like. There are a few things that maybe could be updated for better customer interface but some of that may be due to what we have on our side, as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Documoto:**

I would recommend having a solid idea of what exact you want to get out of Documoto.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer experience satisfaction with ordering parts from start to finish! It also helps us to streamline a lot of unnecessary activity within our company.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

I like how easy it is to filter and navigate through our parts books. Also, I like that some parts can have their separate breakdowns, such as seal kits. I like that we can have our customers and employees have certain segments that they can see.  Not all of our customers and employees need to see certain books so it is nice to narrow it down.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

It may just be the web browser I am using, but it does have a lag at times and takes away for it to load.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to give our end customers access to parts books but not giving all the information our dealer customers see.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

We recently held a Rep Council meeting bringing in representatives from all US regions that covered various topics and when Documoto was brought up they had nothing but positive things to say about the software.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

Not a dislike but would like to see the ability to publish 3D drawings

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our Reps using the software that then helps create internal efficiencies. If they can find the part easily (which they do), then that means less calls into our internal Customer Service and Tech Service teams.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

What I found most helpful were their state-of-the-art software solutions. Its features, such as managing and sharing technical documentation easily, really helped us overcome complex content management challenges.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

I honestly can't say I dislike anything from this product. The company is U.S.-based; you're able to request a demo to try it out first! And they have a customer service number that Documoto can always be there for you.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits I've realized using Documoto were increasing online sales revenue & processes while enhancing customer support experiences. Not to mention also improving our employee productivity!

The features are very easy to navigate. The website is well organized.

I have not experienced any dislikes about this form of media.

**What do you like best about Documoto?**

I like the company's willingness to listen to our needs and make updates to their product. Their support team works closely with our IT department. When we have a problem, they help us troubleshoot and identify the root cause. When needed, they release updates to address our concerns.

**What do you dislike about Documoto?**

At least for the solution we are using, it feels almost like the company is figuring it out as they go. Certain features that seem like common sense to us sounded as if they never occurred to them.

**Recommendations to others considering Documoto:**

My experience with the company is that they are very easy to work with, and they are flexible. If you have a need that the product does not meet, talk to them to see if they can incorporate your requirement in the future.

**What problems is Documoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs) for intricate components of the devices we manufacture. With Documoto, we are able to interact with the illustrations and even add individual parts to a shopping cart.
