What I like most is how quickly I can turn a document template into a finished PDF without spending time on manual formatting. I started using Documint to simplify repetitive documents like quotations, invoices, and proposal drafts. The template editor is easy to understand, and after setting everything up once, generating new documents becomes a much faster process. The editor is easy overall, but some formatting options take a bit of trial and error when creating more detailed templates. I would also like to see more ready-made templates and a few additional integrations so new users can get started even faster. These aren't major issues, but they would improve the experience. Before using Documint, I often copied old files and manually replaced names, prices, and other details, which sometimes led to small mistakes. Now I can keep one template and generate updated documents much more consistently. It has reduced repetitive work, helped me maintain a professional look across documents, and made preparing client-ready PDFs much quicker. What I value most is their exceptional support. They are extremely responsive, often replying and resolving our queries within minutes, which gives us great peace of mind. We have established our entire business workflow using Airtable and have created over 30 different document templates in Documint. Before, we struggled with manually creating various PDFs like request forms, sales slips, and invoices in Excel and Word, which was incredibly time-consuming. Now, all of these processes are fully automated, allowing us to generate professional PDFs with just a single click. What I like most is how easy it is to use, how quickly new features are released, and how fast bugs get fixed. The chat support is also super responsive. It’s super useful to be able to read only the necessary fields, instead of pulling a bunch of fields that aren’t even used in the template. And with the REST API instead of the Airtable integration, it’s even better. It’s improving our database performance because we don’t have to do a read every time a new document is produced. I find Documint to be incredibly powerful and effective for managing complex templates involving grouping levels, loops, and data restructuring. However, what truly sets Documint apart is its exceptional support team, particularly Rafaela. Her dedicated, step-by-step assistance transformed a very frustrating process into a great experience. She spent hours guiding me through the correct data structure, group logic, and loop setup until the template functioned perfectly. Rafaela's knowledge, creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond are outstanding. Thanks to her support, the tool not only became functional but also enjoyable to use. I highly recommend Documint because of this world-class support, which made a significant difference in my experience. Could improve the interface like having dark theme and could provide the options for changing values either by manually entering as its already there by default (with the up and down arrow buttons ) along with the range selector for better usability. Creating separate documents for each EULA and Support Agreement, we sign with our customers took ages. And I'm still not talking about the quotes. We wanted to unify the documents' design but drafts in Google Docs just stopped being enough for us. Documint is a very efficient upgrade to our document flow.
