"Exceptional Support with a Powerful Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Documint?

I find Documint to be incredibly powerful and effective for managing complex templates involving grouping levels, loops, and data restructuring. However, what truly sets Documint apart is its exceptional support team, particularly Rafaela. Her dedicated, step-by-step assistance transformed a very frustrating process into a great experience. She spent hours guiding me through the correct data structure, group logic, and loop setup until the template functioned perfectly. Rafaela's knowledge, creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond are outstanding. Thanks to her support, the tool not only became functional but also enjoyable to use. I highly recommend Documint because of this world-class support, which made a significant difference in my experience. The support team's capability to transform frustrations into successes is unparalleled, making the overall experience with Documint highly favorable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documint?

I find the front end of Documint, particularly the drag and drop function for columns, not as efficient as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Great Support, and Smooth API & Airtable Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Documint?

What I like most is how easy it is to use, how quickly new features are released, and how fast bugs get fixed. The chat support is also super responsive. When you add all of that to the price, it’s a no-brainer. The REST API is super helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documint?

It was down or had bugs a lot of the time. The good thing, though, is that they fixed the bugs at an awesome speed, making you feel heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
