"Useful Features but Learning Curve Needs Work"
2/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I like that the support team is quick to respond and very helpful, especially as they assisted us in migrating from our old documentation system and findin ghte right features to suit our use-case. The formatting tools are nice and help us ensure that our documents maintain a professional and high standard appearance. I also appreciate the privacy settings on document pages, which are important as they allow us to have both private and public documents. Document360 offers better versioning of documentation compared to our previous system, which had no versioning and was risky if documents were accidentally deleted. I also find that Document360 looks better than our previous solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Sorting & ordering pages is clunky. The learning curve is high for new editors on our team - meaning that they don't edit or contribute to our documentation. Understanding the different types of pages/folders available is not straightforward. Limitation of the number of docs in a single folder was problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Was able to save time listening to Docs"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I wasn't sure how often we'd use the Text to Audio feature at first, but it has turned out to be more useful than I expected. There are plenty of situations where listening to an article is simply more convenient than reading it, especially when traveling between meetings or working on other tasks.

The audio is clear enough to follow along with technical content, so users have another way to consume documentation without changing the content itself. It's also helpful for longert artcles that would otherwise require sitting down and reading everything from start to finish.

For us, it has increased the value of the documentation we've already created by giving people the flexibility to choose how they consume information. It's a simple feature. but one that has noticeably improved the overall documentation experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

With so many capabilities available, it's easy to miss features that could be useful. Better feature discovery within the product would help users get value even faster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Knowledge Base with Easy Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I like how Document360 helps centralize all SOPs and work instructions in a single, structured, and searchable knowledge base, solving the challenge of managing version control and keeping documentation consistent and up to date as processes evolve. What I like most about Document360 is how easy it is to create, organize, and maintain structured SOPs and other documents in one place. It's very user-friendly. It also works well for collaboration and governance around documentation. Features like role-based access, workflow approvals, and version history make it easier to control changes without slowing teams down. We switched from SharePoint to Document360 for better centralization of documents and easier collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Some aspects around content management could improve. As documentation libraries grow, maintaining categories, links, and reused content can require more manual effort, especially when restructuring information. Better visibility into where reused or linked content appears across the knowledge base would also help teams understand downstream impacts before making changes. "A Good Knowledge base to Create User Manuals"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

The Article Summarizer has been surprisingly useful, especially for longer documentation that covers multiple topics. Before diving into an article, I can quickly read the summary to understand whether it contains the information I am looking for, which saves a lot of time.

It has also been helpful when sharing documentation with colleagues. Instead of asking them to read an entire article, they can get the key takeaways first and then explore the full content if they need more detail. That makes documentation feel much less overwhelming, particularly for new users.

I see it as a feature that improves how people consume documentation rather than how it is created. It helps readers get to the right information faster while making our existing knowledge base much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

I would like to see more contextual guidance inside the product to help first-time users find advanced features more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI chatbot delivered reliable answers through controlled knowledge sources"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

One thing I've really appreciated about Document360 is how the AI chatbot stays within the information we've chosen to make available. In our case, it uses our knowledge base and the website sources we've configured, so the responses stay relevant to our documentation instead of drifting to generic AI answers.

This has made a noticeable difference in day-to-day use. The answers are concise, aligned with our published content, and much easier to trust because I know where the information is coming from. I spend far lass time verifying responses or checkingwheather something was generated without a source.

For teams that rely on accurate documentation, having an AI assistant that's grounded in your own content is genuinely useful. It has helped us answer questions faster while keeping the information consistent with what we have documented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Some AI suggestions still benefit from a quick human review, especially for highly technical topics, but that expected with any AI-assisted workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I stopped relying on keywords once i started using AI search"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

What impressed me most wasn't just the editor. It was how seamlessly AI was integrated into every stage of the documentation workflow, making the platform feel purpose-built for modern knowledge management.

AI Search has been one of the standout capabilities because it allows employees and customers to find accurate answers across our documentation using natural language. Instead of manually searching through articles, users get the information they need in seconds. This has reduced the time spent looking for information, improved confidence in the accuracy of responses, and encouraged greater adoption of our knowledge base. By making exiting documation instantly discoverable, we have improved productivity, reduced repetitive support requests, and unlocked more value from the content we already maintained. "The AI Feature Eliminated Duplicate Content across our Documentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

My experience with Document360 has been less about replacing documentation work and more about making every stage faster. The AI Duplicate Content Detection feature has been one of those features that proves its value after we started expanding our documentation. As the knowledge base grew, it became much harder to spot articles covering the same topics. The feature helped identify overlapping content that we would have otherwise missed.

Instead of manually comparing articles, we get clear visibility into where similar information exists, making it much easier to consolidate content and avoid maintaining multiple versions of the same information. That has improved the overall consistency of our documentation and reduced the chances of outdated or conflicting information being published.

I also like that suggestions are based on the documentation we've already created, making it easier to keep the knowledge base organized as it grows. It has become a practical way to maintain content quality without adding extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

I'd like to see even more AI automation across analytics and content governance, but the current roadmap already feels strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Document360?

I love the AI search functionality in Document360, as it helps connect content swiftly and in a readable fashion. It allows me to stay on the homepage and get exactly what's required. Document360 helps our teams get the information they need faster and more effectively. The team can also connect products together, improving the service we offer to our clients. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be okay, with the team being very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
