Lack of OCR support - the tool does not currently support optical character recognition (OCR). Occasional bugs or glitches facing. It works perfectly. Maybe to work a little quicker, but then I'd be picky. **Recommendations to others considering DocuFreezer:** You can't go wrong. Company support is second to none. **What problems is DocuFreezer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work with extremely old military history documents.
