1. Easy to setup and install, several blogs and documentations are available on how to get started on using Docker on Amazon Linux

2. Easily build and push container Images to ECR from Amazon Linux Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docker Host for Amazon Linux 2?

1. it requires building the container images with root privileges which is a big step back for some of the companies who need to be CIS complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its best suitable for learning docker and docker compose. Building containers and running it via docker cli or docker compose. For fleet of containers I recommend ECS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docker Host for Amazon Linux 2?

this is the manual process and we should avoid doing this and It’s going to be extremely difficult to connect to other Docker containers as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
