This platform can store all the document at one place and we can later decide what to do with those document later. This allows us to save time where we need to upload the file all the time for different file conversion. The mainboards show all the files allowing user to take any actions according with the available feature of this platform. The best part is that this platform can convert, edit and re organize file enabling users to handle the documents easily. I love this platform for its user friendly interface. The onboarding of this platform was also easy. The pricing of this platform is also moderate. I love the overall speed of execution for this platform. **What do you dislike about DocFly?** I love most part of this platform but I felt that some key features are still missing on this platform. I wish that there was more integration on this platform. OCR is one features that is much needed to work with many files. I wish that this platform was accessible on this platform. I also wish that this platform had an AI that could summarize and shorten the time for user to understand the content of the file. **What problems is DocFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform assist a lot in organize conversion by allowing to upload multiple files at one go and allowing user to convert each separate files according to the need. The platform is fast and it contributes in completing task efficiently. Editing and organizing file is made really easy with this platform. ### 2. Signing documents is literally 2seconds, I'm surprised, very smooth experience. Can also delete pages, merge with other documents, etc. **What do you dislike about DocFly?** Export only 3 for free per month, with no sign-up necessary. Otherwise 7€/month, or half if picking the anual plan. Not the best one to edit text, couldn't edit with the same font etc, made me cover it in white and write from scratch having to guess the proper font and size etc. **What problems is DocFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signing documents. Quick edits, like removing some pages.. Allows to apply this changes in no time and free of cost. ### 3. With that being said, I am a big fan of the aforementioned features and capabilities, as they allow me to add images onto PDFs, I am able to draw on top of PDFs, I am able to sign PDFs, I am able to add any text I want onto the PDFs, (and more), all while remaining on a simple web browser, and not having to download any unnecessary packages onto my computer, which I very much appreciate. DocFly allows for all of these edits to be made to a PDF after it has been simply uploaded onto their platform and then allows for the final document to be downloaded and saved anywhere on the computer. Overall, it is a very decent service, with only a few setbacks to mention, as will be described in the following review response. **What do you dislike about DocFly?** As can probably be extrapolated via my previous response, I am a fan of DocFly and rely on it for numerous PDF documents which I find necessary to edit for both personal and professional reasons. However, given all of the praise I had bestowed upon DocFly, there is a minor drawback that I find is important to mention, and that would be the fact that it can occasionally become difficult to select certain elements on the PDF document, especially if they are in close proximity to one another. The program does seem to have a bit of a difficult time in distinguishing between certain elements, making it necessary to try and select the element you are interested in several times. Editing said element is not difficult once it is finally selected, but the process of selecting the elements just is not as efficient when compared to what competing software has to offer. Having said this, I would not discourage others from giving DocFly a try, as it does still fulfill everything I need it to fulfill. **What problems is DocFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the problems that DocFly is helping me solve is the ability to avoid scanner malfunctions from allowing me to edit a PDF without altering the original copy. I have had numerous occasions in the past when a malfunctioning scanner prevented me from fulfilling my job obligations, making me have to wait until the scanner went back online. Now with DocFly, I can simply open an email attachment, download it, upload it into DocFly, edit the document, download it again, and send it on its way to its intended recipient. The benefits I have realized are numerous, but the top ones include a more efficient and organized work experience with much fewer hassles to deal with. ### 12. However, there is one aspect of it that may work better if worked upon. Every time I print a document via this software, I have to select a printer. PDF Pro allows me to do all that as well as providing a signature function to sign off on documents without going through the cumbersome process of printing off a document, signing, scanning, and then faxing/sending. It's available to use on tablets as well as smart phones, which makes reviewing/editing documents a piece of cake. Would recommend it to anyone. **What do you dislike about DocFly?** Nothing. It's a great product, although I wish there were a cloud function that would allow access to a document to be edited in real-time, but that may be too much to ask. **Recommendations to others considering DocFly:** Be patient with yourself to become accustomed with the UI when using it on a tablet. It takes a little bit of time to be comfortable, but after that it makes everything a breeze. **What problems is DocFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much of what I use the app for is to sign off on receiving reimbursement forms and filling out event details after marketing evens. I don't have access to Adobe PDF so I use this. **What do you dislike about DocFly?** Some of the important features of other pdf software are missing. **Recommendations to others considering DocFly:** With pdf pro I was able to edit pdfs online, which is exactly the feature I was looking for. It's actually easier for me to use than Adobe PDF, believe it or not. I would recommend this product to users trying to find the same specific simplicity. I didn't even need to sign up for it to do what I needed it to do. I use pdfs for invoicing and charts, and this has worked very well. I don't have very many invoices, but when I do, and when I don't have any other software, this come in as a life saver. The pdf conversion feature has come in handy a number of times, and it can even secure files just like Adobe PDF. It's way better than Adobe acrobat. The converter comes in handy but It does have some imperfections / mistakes. The online support is good but I they don't have a number that I've seen and any support is very slow, and online only, but that makes sense since this is an online platform. In conclusion, I would recommend this software to anyone looking for a quick solution to their pdf needs. **What problems is DocFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've saved on cost.
