Setting up the monitoring as a first step was straightforward. After a couple of weeks, I used the AI chatbot to ask for the next steps to take and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the answers. It was not only completely aware of the current state of my setup but also offered several suggestions to improve it. The only thing I had to do was copy the suggested DNS update and move on to the next phase. **What do you dislike about DMARC AI?** After the first step of setting up the monitoring, there isn't much you can do other than wait a couple of days or weeks for the first monitoring results to appear. While this is a logical consequence of how DMARC reporting works, a short, fun message like Slack's "You're all caught up — here's a tractor" would have been a nice touch. **What problems is DMARC AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a SaaS software provider, email is really important for us. Not only as a support and commercial/marketing channel, but especially as part of the registration and signup flow of our application. Being marked as spam would be problematic, but being targeted by an unauthorized party would be a really big issue. With Kevlarr / DMARC AI, we've been able to protect our valuable domain with the confidence that misconfigurations won't go unnoticed. ### 2. They make the process much more efficient and reduce the manual work we have to do. **What do you dislike about DMARC AI?** Their platform doesn’t offer any nice-looking reports, which makes the overall presentation feel less polished than I’d like. **What problems is DMARC AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re an MSP managing around 250 domains, and the Kevlarr DMARC solution saves us hours compared with the other solutions we’ve used in the past. ### 3. It was sold to us saying that everything done in the webconsole can be done through the API and it was not a lie. Because of the API we were able to onboard/start Kevlarr completely automated, this made the implementation a breeze. Ever since we switched to Kevlarr we are more on top of problems and we also have some auto-remedation set up, this was not possible with our previous product. **What do you dislike about DMARC AI?** The user interface is not the best in my opinion, it usually takes some time for me to find the right page. but since we extensively use the API this is not really a big problem. (Could also be that I am not using the interface enough to be used to it) **What problems is DMARC AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring of DMARC gives you good insight of email deliverability issues for your customers. It's important to identify these problems as soon as possible, but in reality its way to easy to forget about it. Thanks to Kevlarr we are on top of this, we automatically get alerts when something needs our attention. ### 4. Dmarc plays a big role in email security and preventing impersonation. Kevlarr not only helps setting this up and finding all applications that need configuration, they help streamline the process of weekly maintenance. ### 9. We are a MSP and use this tool for all our customers to configure and tighten email security (spf, dkim and dmarc) sent by the domains our customers use. It's easy to use and very ease to integrate (only add dmarc). The support is very good and personal. **What do you dislike about DMARC AI?** none we've found sofar. It does what we expect from this tool. **What problems is DMARC AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We get an simple overview of all our customers and there dmarc, spf and dkim settings.
